The african daisy are natives of South Africa. They are an annual plant, great for decorating greenhouses, homes and office areas. The african daisy grow 1 to 2½ feet high. The leaves have a fuzzy sensation to the touch and come in many varieties.
Growth and propagatioin can be accomplished by greenhouse technique. Setting should be in the 50 degrees farenheight area. It is also best to plant these flowers in sand or loamy soil. It's good to set the seedlings apart as they reach a height of one inch. It's important to remember to keep them watered regulary and use a protectant casing for defense against frost.
