Facts
Native to the northern British Isles and up among the northern regions of Europe and Asia, are the Buttercup. The flowers are presented in forms of five succesive yellow petals. Considered as a hardy plant, they are wonderful for flower bed borders.
The flower exists in many different varieties and can be found in sizes of 18 inches to those who reach heights of 2 and 1/2 feet tall. For planting, buttercup's need certain types of conditions. 1) A whole of about 1 feet deep, filled with a combination compost and sandy moist soil. It is important to keep the soil moist.
